As a resident you can help resolve some of these common issues.
The POA is often contacted about handling situations that are much better handled by "you", the resident.
Barking dogs and/or loose pets: As per our C&R Section X; 4 D. "All pets are also subject to the laws and regulations of the City of Conway". You should not be at all hesitant to call the police at (501) 450-6120 on a property where a dog is left outside barking continuously or running loose in the subdivision. If it is bothering you, then it is likely disturbing others as well. Complaints are quickly addressed and your report is private.
Property maintenance, grass height above 8 inches, accumulation of rubbish or garbage, trash containers left by the street, and more are violations of the City of Conway code. You can file code compliance violations at the City of Conway Code Enforcement Reports can be submitted by "filing a code compliance complaint" on the website. All complaints are private.
Bulky item collection is a residential-only service offered by the Department of Sanitation. Most general household bulky items are collected at no additional charge for single-family residences utilizing paid green-cart curbside garbage collection and in good standing with Conway Corp utilities.
- An appointment is required.
- Three items per collection and up to two collections per calendar year are permitted for each residential account.
- Some specialty items (no different than when brought directly to the landfill) will require a nominal disposal fee.
Any applicable fee(s) will be discussed when making the appointment and included in the resident's monthly Conway Corporation billing.
